Law enforcement agencies usually focus on two types of data: information about the identities of the clients and information about their transaction activities. We actively cooperate with the work of law enforcement agencies and only respond to the law enforcement requests made by authorized law enforcement officers who can provide proof of authorization. 
According to the terms of service, privacy policy and applicable laws, we disclose the account information records to international law enforcement agencies.

When sending a law enforcement request, please include the following information: 
Name of the law enforcement agency;
Proof document (authorization certificate) authorizing the law enforcement officers to obtain information;
Identity document of the law enforcement officers (internal document of the law enforcement agency);
Investigation letter document issued by the law enforcement agency;
Email address with a government domain;
The name of the legal entity corresponding to the specific information required for law enforcement;
The specific contents requested for customer information;
Other details, including providing a reasonable deadline and the relevant judicial documents that international law enforcement agencies need to provide in accordance with international judicial assistance treaties.
